Applicants are required to prepare and upload the following documents through the CYCU International Student Online Application System before the application deadline. Please ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and prepared according to the admission requirements of the selected program.

A completed application form submitted through the online application system. - Personal Statement / Study Plan
A statement outlining your motivation for applying, academic and career goals, research interests, and study plans. - Two Letters of Recommendation
Two recommendation letters from professors, academic advisors, or other qualified referees who can evaluate your academic background and potential. - Official Academic Transcripts & Diploma/Certificate
Official transcripts and graduation diploma/certificate from your previous institution. If the original documents are not in English or Chinese, an official English or Chinese translation should also be provided. - English Proficiency Certificate
A valid English language proficiency certificate, such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or another accepted English proficiency test. - Proof of Nationality / Passport
A clear copy of the identification page of your valid passport. - Financial Solvency Proof
An official financial statement or other acceptable proof demonstrating sufficient financial resources to support your study and living expenses in Taiwan.
Additional documents may be required depending on the department or program, such as a CV/resume, autobiography, portfolio, or other supplementary materials. Applicants should therefore carefully check the specific requirements of their intended program before submitting their application.
